The workflow for creating content within zadego is always based on three simple steps: Setup, Preview and Publish. This allows us to quickly guide you through all settings and options - enabling you to work more efficiently while producing better results.
Decide for yourself whether you want to use a fan gate for your next App. When it comes to choosing the fan gate's content you can decide between iFrame, HTML or various other options.
- Working copies for additional safety:
Edit your content without changing what is being shown on Facebook. Once you're done editing, you can easily swap the old content for the new App within seconds.
- Comprehensive On-Screen Help:
The whole Social Media Suite ist equipped with a comprehensive On-ScreenHelp. To use it, simply place your cursor over the help symbols.
- Icons & Design:
Any zadego App can be customized - with a few clicks you can configure the App so that it perfectly fits your Corporate Design. Don't forget to use your own custom icons - simply upload them, publish the App and you're done!
Thanks to years of experience in working with agencies it was clear to us from the very beginning, that zadego had to be mainly focused on features that are essential for agencies and similar service providers. Being able to share content between different users for editing and managing purposes and being able to even completely hand over the ownership of an App are examples of such core features.
- Adding Admins:
This feature allows you to share content with another zadego admin. This could be one of your employees that finishes your app, or a designer from your ad agency that is building a page for you. This feature enables other parties (be it one of your employees or a 3rd party like for example a service provider) to edit your content without the need to be manager of your Facebook Page.
- Change of Ownership:
This is a feature that has been requested a lot by agencies and consultants. As soon as an App is "ready for shipping", you can completely hand the App over to your client's zadego account. This allows for content that you have created for your client to be delivered directly into your client's zadego account.

- Sweepstake Templates:
Over the course of the year there are many different occasions for offering your users a little extra, for example with a special sweepstake. Additional benefit for you: you can convert new vistors into users at the same time. Once created, you can easily re-use the template each year by simply changing text elements and images.
- Social Commerce Templates:
To support campaigns it often makes sense to use different templates on your Facebook Shop. You can for example use a special template when various items are put on sale, or you can utilize another custom template for presenting new products within the shop.

From working with agencies, the following picture is well known to us: community managers working with a vast number of different browser tabs to cope with managing their various Facebook Pages. Messages on Facebook is a channel that is being properly managed by only very few Facebook Pages. Many admins simply often miss incoming messages what leads to messages being answered belated or not being answered at all. Thanks to zadego, you now also have this channel well in hand.
To understand how useful Multiposting is, imagine the following example: One of our clients is managing his Europe-wide network of branch offices from the company's central marketing department. Posts to these Facebook Pages that affect the whole company or a whole region are being published from the headquarters. Content with local references is being published autonomously by the local offices. Only with Multiposting could this become reality!
- Targeted Publishing:
To continue our example: central marketing is planning a campaign targeting southern Germany and content is to be published on 11 out of 60 Facebook Pages. Until now, you had to open up all 11 Pages and publish a single Post onto each one. With zadego's Multiposting, all you have to do is type your text, select the Pages you want to publish to and after one click your post is live on all previously selected Pages!
- Corporate Communication on all Channels:
Using the same process, you can also publish content to all of your Pages. Simply select all Pages from the list, write your post and click "Publish" to push your posting to all Pages. There hardly an even more efficient way to publish to many Pages at once.
Your command center inside your zadego Account. Within the Suite's Dashboard you can see your fan growth and your Apps' access rates. Quite simple at first sight, but an essential tool for you social media marketing.
- Everything You need to know in Real Time:
Analytics within the zadego Dashboard are presented in real time, meaning that you can see how visitors and users react towards your campaign as soon as it launched. How many visitors like your Page? Is there a high bounce rate? Intervening proactively while running a campaign has never been easier!
- Insights are the base for improvement:
Use the zadego Dashboard to get to know your users. Watch and learn how your postings, ads and campaigns influence the growth of your Fan base and your Apps' access rates. Once you've come to know your users better, you will soon be able to increase your reach and interaction rates.
The Overview page within the zadego Suite provides you with an overview over your content and the Pages you have published content to. Additionally, the overview also allows various quick actions like activating, de-activating, editing and the removing of Apps. Once you created and published content, the overview is your control center for further managing this content (for example publishing it to additional Pages or adding new content administrators).
